Summer 2010 Application Form and Parent’s Handbook are still available!

Summer 2011 Rates and Registration Materials

Registration is easy. Simply download the Application Packet and Parent’s Handbook and fill out the application form in the registration packet. Send it to the camp along with a non-refundable deposit. Fees for each program are listed on the application form or elsewhere in the registration packet.

Complete the application and then mail to:

A deposit of $200 per session is due with the application.

In the event a camper is placed on a waiting list, the associated deposit will not be immediately processed. If that camper is not offered a position, the deposit will be returned.

Half of the deposit will be refunded if cancellations are received before January 1. The entire deposit is non refundable and non transferable after January 1. Dropping from 2 sessions to 1 session requires an additional $100 fee. Session transfers require an additional $25 fee.

Horseback and Water-ski fees are due upon receipt of application. Cancellations, changes, and transfers require a $25 fee.

50% of balance is due by February 1, 2011.

Final payment is due by May 1, 2011.

All accounts unpaid on May 1, 2011 will be canceled. Refunds will be made in the event of an illness and require a physician’s statement. Payments must be made in US Dollars.

The 2nd Mailing

In late Winter, all registered camper families will receive the following forms:

  • Letter to my Cabin Leader (to be completed by the camper)
  • Letter to the Counselor (to be completed by the parent)
  • Activity Sign Up
  • Medical Forms

All forms including Medical are due back in the camp office by MAY 1st.

Residential Camp Rates - 2011

Ages 8 (& Grade 2)  - 15

2 Week Session   $1,295

4 Week Session   $2,590

4 Week Camper “Stay-Over” fee $150
For the 4-week camper who elects to stay in camp over the weekend between the 1&2 or 3&4 sessions. This fee is charged to cover meals and activities.

New! One-Week Resident Camp Program   $690

 

Horseback Riding & Water Skiing Fees

Payment is due with registration

5 lessons @   $145

6 lessons @   $170

11 lessons @  $275 (Horseback Program Only)

 

Adventure Camp

Ages 12 - 15

All Adventure Camp trips are one week in duration   $740
