Complete the application and then mail to:

A deposit of $200 per session is due with the application.
In the event a camper is placed on a waiting list, the associated deposit will not be immediately processed. If that camper is not offered a position, the deposit will be returned.
Half of the deposit will be refunded if cancellations are received before January 1. The entire deposit is non refundable and non transferable after January 1. Dropping from 2 sessions to 1 session requires an
additional $75 fee. Session transfers require an additional $25 fee.
Horseback and Water-ski fees are due upon receipt of application. Cancellations, changes, and transfers require a $25 fee.
Final payment is due by May 1, 2008.
All accounts unpaid on May 1, 2007 will be canceled. Refunds will be made in the event of an illness and require a physician’s statement. Payments must be made in US Dollars.
