Camp Coniston’s programs foster cooperation rather than competition as a means of growth. Coniston is a place where all children should feel safe exploring new ideas and learning about their world. Making new
friends and renewing old friendships is a major part of the “Coniston Spirit,” and I believe this is what keeps our campers coming back year after year.
An alumna combined her last summer at camp and her own son’s first experience to wonderfully express the magic of Coniston through the years.
“I was so sad when I knew it would be my last summer at camp. But you can’t imagine how exciting it was to bring our son to camp for the first time.
I couldn’t help but thinking that although there have been many changes over the years, so many things about camp have remained the same – just the way that I remember.”
